ReplyDeleteThis was one of the first records I ever heard, as a *very* small child on my rocking horse in the mid-1970s. So it set hooks, and I still listen to it. It certainly is very much of its time! Could wish to find sheet music (yeah, good luck, eh?) to figure out the piano bridge in "Whispering". One bit of weirdness: "One Note Samba" is in the wrong key. It was written and is usually performed in B-flat major, but for some strange reason it's played higher here, in C.
