Concept mood set made special by the addition of Patricia Clark's vocal touches. In a few instances Paramor layers on group vocal passages that tend to overpower his more understated blend of Clark's vocals and strings.
From the back cover: Norrie Paramor is a soft-spoken young English musician who has wedded a group of favored autumn songs with a number of equally-popular New York songs for this album. He has, he says, tried to catch the feel and smell of autumn in music - stereophonic music.
Paramor's brilliant and immense English orchestra (featuring 33 strings and the moody, in-and-out voice of Patricia Clark) is ideally suited to the latest stereo recording techniques. Miss Clark wanders in and around leisurely, her sporadic singing likely to pop through left, center or right. But his musicians are well-anchored.
