A very welcome flash from the past. Rep was a friend of mine in Jacksonville FL when he was working the lounge scene in town. Career paths took us in different directions and last I heard he gave up his musical career and moved to Cedar Key, FL where I lost track of him. Would love to know how he's doing.
ReplyDeleteWow...talk about a flash from the past! I met Reb, and bought this same album (actually, two) when he was playing at a lounge in Starke, Florida, in the late '70s. Gave one album away and lost track of the other over the years. Thanks for sharing this.
