Apparently the title song, On The Beach, spent 8 weeks on Billboard's 100 in 1960 peaking at #47.
Thanks for posting this. It's a favorite movie theme of mine since my early teens. I've been searching forever, and this is the only recorded version of it I've been able to find. I would have preferred a more romantic, less uptempo version, but beggars can't be choosers. I'm sure this one will grow on me. Again, thank you so much.
