The lush sound of strings, for which he's justifiably acclaimed, is teamed with the mellow sound of a Dixieland combo. the album displays constantly changing moods and sounds with one very effective innovation in the use of soft, full Dixie trumpets against the strings. Album could move out with proper disk jockey exposure.
