From the back cover: Pure Oil's nationally-known TruckStoppers travel throughout the nation to greet drivers, wipe windshields, hand out Treasure Chest cards – and of course, look pretty. They appear at Grand Openings of Pure's giant TruckStop complexes which are complete with such luxuries and necessities as barber shops, color TV lounges, separate service islands for trucks and cars, Western Union message centers, acres of paved parking, restaurants merchandise stores, motel rooms for truckers only.

The professional corps of models also have appeared at such functions as the Country Music Festival in Nashville (as hostesses for the Starday Record hospitality suite): Green Bay Packers football game; Chicago Cubs baseball game; on magazine covers, and in newspapers, radio and television throughout the country.
