This is a bit of a surpise, these types of records in the UK are not worth shouting about, seems the US had some good session muscians, it would make a great book actually, the history of the session players.
I've had this album since the early 60s and consider most of the sound-a-likes very good. It is a Synthetic Products album from New Jersey on the Hits A Poppin' label.
I was very pleased to find this information. I wanted to thank you for this great read!!
