ReplyDeleteThis is from 1962, and Mercury was the first out with the 35mm film recordings.
ReplyDeleteThere are at least four cuts on the LP better than this one. Which raises the question: Why pick this one?
ReplyDeleteI don't remember at this point, by comparison... but probably because I enjoy the tune and have featured Ebbtide many times as a sample.
