this album is extremely hard to find - so too bad your copy isn't up for us to grab (now THAT would certainly have made mah day, today).
I found one of these in the trash outside my apartment in near-mint condition. I grabbed it for the sleeve art, but the record is actually pretty neat and made for some great samples.
