AVA was the later name of the company that began as Choreo - it was founded by Fred Astaire. Ava is the name of his daughter. Does the instruction book have a plug for the Fred Astaire Dance Studios? I don't know how many albums were produced but there were LPs with Betty Comden and one or two with Carol Lawrence.
ReplyDeleteYes, there is a reference to the Astaire Studio on the insert. Thanks for the clarification! – Mark
