this was my first album
ReplyDeleteJust taking a guess but the stock photo cover makes me wonder if this was a collection of "soundalike" versions: Thrown together studio outfits aping an already popular tune in an effort to fool consumers into buying their versions. Based on the selections I would guess this was released in 1959. It's possible though these are the original artists perhaps in a slightly different cheaper to license version? The Bell Notes had the hit on "I've Had It" and what you have up there sounds really similar so it might actually be them" (there are several videos linked at Discogs)
