Crosley Refrigerator No. 2
Years ago, I picked up a stack of translucent red wax Crosley promotional 78s. All the labels look like the sample above.
The side you are listening to is the complete song. The flip side are samples of the song timed for shorter ad slots.
The second image is a mid 30s Crosley Shelvador Refrigerator featuring a built-in radio. I've only seen a couple of these in private collections. One was working and stocked with beer!

ReplyDeleteI have an entire vintage Crosley kitchen- cabinets, faucet, dishwasher, cooktop, stove and fridge that was in my home when we bought it. I would LOVE to find one of these records to add to my Crosley collection!
ReplyDeleteI have an entire Crosley kitchen that was in our home when we purchased it and I love it! Cabinets, sink faucet, dishwasher, cooktop, oven and I found a matching fridge to complete the kitchen. Now I see I need to find this record too! This is absolutely fantastic!
