ReplyDeleteIn this instance, the back cover is blank. The "book-styled" jacket comes with a multi-page insert that features general information about the "ballet", but no additional recording information. I would have posted at least a few of those pages, but the spine on my copy is so stiff that I could not press it flat enough to scan. – Mark
